Job Summary

Remote Healthcare Coordinator responsible for delivering professional, compassionate and high-quality support to patients, caregivers and health plan members through inbound and outbound communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical appointments.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments.
• Confirm appointments.
• Perform outbound calls.
• Handle inbound calls.
• Answer questions about appointments.
• Follow up with patients and caregivers.
• Provide administrative information.
• Accurately document interactions.
• Inform patients about availability and estimated result times when applicable.
• Maintain excellent customer service.
• Perform related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Written and spoken English.
• Written and spoken Spanish.
• Customer service experience.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organization and multitasking.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to learn new systems.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Adaptability, accountability and autonomy.
• Positive attitude and process discipline.
• Availability for a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time schedule.
